Trustee Mr. Rotimi Fashola holds an MBA with specialization in Marketing from Obafemi Awolowo University, IIe- Ife.

A Chartered Insurer and member, Society of Fellows of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London, Mr. Fashola is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London) as well as the Institute of Directors (IOD), and an Alumnus of the West African College of Insurance and Risk Management.

Mr. Fashola was formerly the chief Executive Officer of liberty Assurance Company Limited before joining industrial and General Insurance Company Limited (IGI) in 1993, where currently he is the Executive Director-Marketing University of Ibadan in1982. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 with the Chartered Association of Certified Accountant (ACCA), United Kingdom. He was once the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of EIB International Bank Plc. Prior to his appointment as General Manager, Corporate Banking at EIB International Bank, he was Managing Director of Lagos Building Investment Co. Limited from June o2001 to March 2002 and Managing Director of Duretti Limited a Financial and Management Consultants.during the banking consolidation in Nigeria, He became the Deputy Managing Director of Skye Bank Group and retired as the the Group Managing Director of the same bank .

He has worked variously at Midas Merchant Bank and Nigerian –American Merchant Bank Limited for about ten years rising to the position of Executive Director and chief Executive Officer.
